The Cannondale CAAD5, as compared with the CAAD4, featured an integrated headset for a 1-1/8″ fork. Campagnolo’s Hiddenset system allowed for a redesign of Cannondale’s Slice fork, which Cannondale claims not only increased lateral rigidity by 6%, but is 32% lighter than the fork it replaced.

The frame also featured an externally butted head tube and butted BB shell.

    I have the 2003 R800 triple, still in good condition, upgraded the crankset to Shimano triple Ultegra, the rest as original.
    I am selling (in UK) this due to new Scott road bike & not enough space to keep both. This has been a great bike but testing the new Scott showed me how far bikes have come on in 10 yrs.
